I like to look beyond daily business, build up broad know how and perspective and anticipate future situations and circumstances. In my professional life, I formulate credible plans and visions into future strategies.

Understanding Trends is a writing exercise to live this passion, look beyond the daily business and draw the big picture.

While I think and write, I offer this passion of connecting the dots as a service. For free. If your company uses this service, you get a chance to improve your business. If that’s happening (yeah!), donate to a charity whatever you think the advice you got is worth. With this approach, all win: Companies get insights and strive. Society gets resources. I do what I like and stay independent.

Last but not least, a word on myself: I graduated in Marketing & Communication as well as Business Education. I have the pleasure to work in diverse Sales & Marketing roles, including leadership positions, within an international environment. As CRM professional and team leader, I’m somewhere in between Sales & Marketing, Business & IT, Operational Efficiency & Strategic Growth, Global Concept & Local Implementation, Academic Research & Practical Implication. I spent my childhood in Africa, married internationally, love my fantastic family, play drums and believe in books.
